Feedback is welcomed from adults only. Two pathways are provided below: parents and caregivers, and SEND professionals.
Parent and caregiver feedback
Review the interactive prototype, then complete the short adult feedback survey. Please do not include any child’s identifiable personal information.
The form opens in a new browser tab. Responses are collected through the external survey, not stored on this website.
SEND professional feedback
SEND professionals, educators, therapists and organisational representatives are invited to review the adult-facing prototype and provide professional feedback. No pupil testing, purchase or partnership commitment is being requested at this stage.
Please discuss needs and settings only in general terms. Do not include a child’s name, diagnosis, photograph, school, address, health information, EHCP information or other identifiable details.
